Extra virgin Olive oil is the fundamental ingredient of the Lefay Vital Gourmet philosophy. By tradition and its link to the territory, it is one of the key products of the Mediterranean diet and it boasts an undisputed nutritional value due both to its chemical composition and its organoleptic characteristics. Lefay Vital Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced by our Lefay farms situated on Lake Garda and in Tuscany.

Our produce

Our produce includes "Garda Besciano" olive oil, produced with olives from hills surrounding the western part of Lake Garda and "Toscano" olive oil, produced in Tuscany. Our prestigious "Monocultivar" collection includes three exclusive extra virgin olive oils, which are produced with the best "cru" of each area: "Casaliva" and the exceptional "Gargnà" both produced on Lake Garda and "Frantoio".

GARDA BRESCIANO

The extra virgin olive oil "Garda Bresciano" is produced with olives grinded within
twenty four hours after the harvest, thus preserving their fragrance and flavors.
It is an oil with a light fruity taste with notes of artichoke and almond.
It is recommended with delicate dishes such as fish, white meat, vegetables and "pinzimonio".

TOSCANO

The place of origin of this product is Tuscany, an area which is worldwide renown for the
exceptional quality of its oils. The olives, collected by hands, create a fruity oil with
artichoke and fresh grass notes. It is recommended with all dishes presenting either
a delicate or a strong taste, especially with the typical "Tuscan bruschetta".

LE MONOCULTIVAR

"Gargnà" Lago di Garda – it is a fruity oil with intense notes of fresh grass and green banana.
The Monocultivar Gargnà is recommended for all important dishes with a strong taste, such as red meat.
Great aromatic match with pinzimonio.

"Casaliva" Lago di Garda – It is an extra-virgin olive oil with a light fruity taste which
is recommended for all delicate dishes such as fish, white meat, boiled and raw vegetables, pinzimonio.

"Frantoio" Toscana – fruity oil with green olive and fresh grass notes. It is recommended
with red and white meat, fish and raw vegetables. Perfect with the classic "Tuscan bruschetta".
