Fitness Area

Being well also means feeling fit through targeted and disciplined training suitable for your
own characteristics and inclinations. Through the use of sophisticated wellness equipment
belonging to the Element Technogym series, the “Nature e Fitness” area provides complete and personalized training.

Guided by our expert trainers, before the fantastic view of Lake Garda, you will be able to train
assiduously accompanied by the experience and skill of Lefay SPA personnel, at your complete
disposal every day. In the gym you will be able to dedicate yourself to fitness courses and activities
such as cardio fitness, Qi Gong, postural gymnastics and body tonic. A personal trainer is also available
to follow you in your various activities and exercises.

Activities in the Open Air

BREATHING
We look forward to seeing you in our therapeutic energy gardens where a wonderful experience awaits you. You will learn
an ancient meditation art through group breathing lessons in the open air: Stretching of the Meridians, Qi Gong and Yoga.

HOLISTIC WALK
in our energy and therapeutic garden “Il simbolo della Vita” with breaks for meditation exercises and for listening to
yourselves and nature. You will travel through the five seasons of life through significant stages in each garden and you
will enter nature, moving and playing with it.

LIFE PATH – LA FORMA ED IL COLORE
Through the 12 stations you can perform exercises which build up your strength and help restore flexibility, mobility and
suppleness of tendons and muscles to get back into perfect shape.

MOUNTAIN BIKES
Lefay provides its guests with mountain bikes so that they may discover the breathtaking paths of the Parco dell’Alto Garda
Bresciano (Brescian Upper Garda Park) and get plenty of exercise surrounded by nature.
A guide can also be booked at reception to accompany guests.

GOLF
Lefay advises all those who love golf not to miss the chance to practice their favourite sport on the greens of the Bogliaco
Golf Club, the most prestigious 18-hole course in the Garda area. The spectacular view of the lake will make your games unique.

TENNIS
Lefay recommends the exclusive Tennis Club Benaco, so that you can play your favourite game even when you are on holiday.




Exercises and Movement

You will be able to train intensively accompanied by the experience and skills of Lefay SPA personnel, at your disposal
every day. In the gym you will be able to dedicate yourself to fitness courses and exercises such as cardio fitness, Qi

You will find a Fitness Trainer at your disposal to supervise you in the various activities and exercises.

All the activities can be carried out individually subject to booking. There will be a charge for them.

BREATHING THE BREATH OF LIFE
We will be waiting for you every Saturday evening at 18.30 in the training room. The benefits to be obtained from
correct breathing for psycho-physical wellness will be illustrated. Learn to breath to live better.

THE FELDENKRAIS® METHOD
Feldenkrais® is a method for learning how to know and fully use your capabilities through movement. The aim
of the exercises is to improve awareness and sensibility, expanding your range of movements, reducing the energy you
waste by improving the effectiveness of your actions. You will use the language of the body to learn new models of
action and to eliminate restrictive habits, becoming more aware of your body and the world in which we move.
